<p>We gotta say that the cover was the first thing that got us. Such a good looking roast! As you can probably tell, Joe Fitzpatrick is a cook and  in this book eh shares with us all non how to make &#8220;real food that fills the belly&#8221;, not just on Sundays, but on every other day as well.</p>
